Terms & Conditions

Deposits & Payment

The old Mill Dog Retreat is run from the comfort of our family home, therefore, we will be taking a 25% deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance, which is the full payment for your dog’s stay, will be required two weeks prior to the date we have confirmed for your visit.

As shown above, if you do not collect your dog at the time that was previously agreed upon, there will be additional charges incurred for the extra time your dog spends with us.

Cancellations

If you find that you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please be aware that your deposit is unfortunately non-refundable. Additionally, if you decide to cancel your booking within the two-week timeframe leading up to your reserved date, this will also be classified as non-refundable. This policy is in place because, at that point, we will not have sufficient time to rebook the spot for another guest.
